About Lucinda
After graduating from the highly-esteemed Guildford School of Acting with a Distinction Grade Masters in 'The Practice of Voice and Singing’, Lucinda accepted a Fellowship at one of London’s leading music schools, The ICMP. She currently coordinates and teaches vocal programs at the institution whilst coaching some of the top performers in London’s West End Shows and internationally-acclaimed recording artists around the world.
Lucinda’s main aim throughout her career has been to collaborate with other leading global practitioners. She has spent the past 10 years pioneering a new approach to vocal training, working alongside Physio Ed Medical to combine the science of breathing with the creative artistry of vocal performance.
She has also become one of the UK’s leading specialists in voice rehabilitation for fatigued or post-surgery vocalists and has recently qualified as a one of the first practitioners of ‘MDH Breathing Coordination’, a breakthrough respiration technique used to support sustainable, safe use and maintenance of the voice.
Lucinda's love of performance has fuelled her passion in the mechanics of the singing and spoken voice. She is a strong believer that every person can have a free, dynamic vocal delivery and has devoted her life to researching and teaching practical techniques to help her students and clients.
